Message from the Director, Administrator

It’s hard to believe that it’s already one month in as the new Director of Long-Term Care and Administrator. It is a privilege to lead such a dedicated community, and I am stepping into this role with a clear commitment: to ensure our home remains a place of safety, excellence, and genuine connection. Over the coming weeks and months, I look forward to meeting more of the residents, families, and staff who make this home what it is and learning how I can best support each of you.

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and holiday season. There is nothing more important than the time we spend with family and friends, and I trust you were able to enjoy those moments of connection and joy. Seeing the spirit of the season within the Victoria Manor halls has been a fantastic introduction to the warmth of this community. Congratulations to the Life Enrichment Team for leading such a fun and action-packed December schedule.

I want to share a particularly heartfelt thank you to our exceptional staff who stepped away from their own holiday celebrations to be here in the Home, ensuring our residents were supported and cared for. Your commitment does not go unnoticed. We deeply appreciate the sacrifices you made to keep our operations seamless and our residents' spirits high during this busy time.

As we move into the New Year, my focus is on transparency and high-quality care. I value a collaborative environment and believe that by working closely with residents, families, and our frontline team, we can continue to elevate the standard of living at Victoria Manor. My door is always open, and I look forward to building a strong, successful future together.

Warm Regards,

Kyle Cotton - CMM III
Director, Administrator
