CARF Accreditation Is Here!

CARF surveyors will be visiting Victoria Manor from December 8th to 10th, and we’re excited to showcase the wonderful things happening in our home.

If you happen to see the surveyors, we invite you to share the positive experiences, great moments, and caring interactions that make Victoria Manor special. Your voice matters, and your feedback helps highlight the quality of care our team strives to provide every day.

As we head into the holiday season, we wish all residents and families warmth, joy, and meaningful time with loved ones. Thank you for your ongoing support, and happy holidays from all of us at Victoria Manor!

Family Council

The Council plans to meet next on Monday December 15, 2025 at 1:30pm. At the previous meeting on Monday November 14, 2025, the group discussed the Commonwell LEAF grant application that Family Council submitted for an Outdoor Enhancement Project for the residents of Victoria Manor.

From all of us at Family Council to all of you, our best wishes for a healthy and Happy Holiday Season and New Year.
As the Family Council moves forward in 2026 our goal is to support the community of Victoria Manor with new initiatives to make Victoria Manor a great place to live.

Virtual Visits

Virtual Visits continue to be offered by the Life Enrichment Team at Victoria Manor. The team would like to thank the family members who have reached out to set up video calls. The schedule fills up quickly which means we have happy residents who get to see the faces of their loved ones.Virtual visits are available from Monday-Friday and occur using Facetime, Zoom, or the Facebook Messenger Video function. There is some flexibility with days and we will endeavor to accommodate requests wherever possible.
