Agendas and Minutes

Council, Committee of the Whole, Planning Advisory, and Committee of Adjustment agendas are posted to the website 5 days in advance
Other committee meeting agendas may have a slightly different timeline
Draft minutes of meetings are posted within two weeks
Minutes are approved and adopted at the next meeting and the draft version may be edited to include any changes during the adoption process
Subscribe to receive notifications of agendas and minutes to specific committees

How to View

All public meetings are open to residents, who may sit in the gallery to watch the proceedings
Council and Committee of the Whole meetings are broadcast live on YourTV (Cogeco Subscribers Channel 10, HD Channel 700)
Live broadcasts begin at 1:00pm, typically on Tuesdays
YourTV rebroadcasts on Wednesdays at 9:00am and Sundays at 12:00pm
RogersTV rebroadcasts on Sundays at 1:00pm on Cable Cable channel 26, Rogers Ignite channel 548
Livestreaming is captured on the Kawartha Lakes You Tube channel, where you can find current and previous meetings
Note that in-person video and/or audio recording is not permitted during Council or Committee of the Whole meetings, pursuant to Trespass to Property Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. T.21.
