Printing, Copying, and Fax

You can print, copy, and fax at any Kawartha Lakes Public Library location during opening hours.
Service Ontario prints, copies, and faxes are free of charge.

Wireless or mobile printing from phones, tablets, and laptops is available at all library locations. Ask about "Mobile Printing" at your library.

Mobile Printing & Print From Home

Print directly from your phone, tablet, or laptop, either in the library or from home.
Please note this service requires an email address. All regular printing fees apply.

With Mobile Printing, you can:

  • Send documents from your mobile device while visiting the library.

  • Email documents from home so they’re ready when you arrive.
    (Regular printing fees apply.)

How to Use Mobile Printing / Print From Home

  1. Open your email app or inbox.
  2. Create a new email (or forward one) with the documents you want printed (include attachments).
  3. Address the email to patronassist@gmail.com.
  4. Attach the documents (if not already attached).
  5. In the subject line, write: "Print please" and your pickup library (e.g., Bethany, Omemee, Fenelon Falls, Lindsay).
  6. In the email body, tell us how many copies you need, and if it should be printed black & white or in colour.
  7. Click Send.

Please allow time for staff to receive and print your documents. Call your pickup branch to confirm when your documents are ready. This service is only available during branch hours.
